[ Darkness ]

The Rune of Darkness is a really simple one to use, and to understand, all it does it pull the energy away rom a light source, and deepens the shadows.  The rune of darkness is represented by a black orb that is found in the middle of the light rune.

Level 1: The Dreadnought may decrease the light in an area by up to half, deepening the shadows, or causing a sort of grayish haze.
Level 2: The Dreadnought may decrease the light in an area by up to 75%, deepening the shadows drastically.
Level 3: The Dreadnought may decrease the light in an area by up to 85%, causing most light's to not work, and most people to be partially blinded by the darkness.
Level 4: The Dreadnought may decrease the darkness in an area by up to 95%, causing all but the most sensitive eyes to become useless.
Level 5:The Dreadnought may get rid of all light in an area, making it impossible for anyone to see by normal means.

Alternate Powers:
Whoa?! What's this? Alternate powers for a Rune? And you thought that it was just for making things get all dark and stuff. That's what the Order of chaos wants you to believe. Pretty tricky of them huh? These powers where recovered when a recent cache of disks of knowledge where found in an alien planets museum… Enjoy…

Level 1: Globe of Darkness- This creates a small area where no light can penetrate. It's useful for either hiding in, or as a distraction. The Dreadnought making this can see normally while within it's confines.
Level 2: Darkbeam- This creates a beam of darkness a few feet thick, and a few hundred feet long, depending on lighting conditions anyways. This beam can be stretched, bent, or twisted to blind multiple people at once.
Level 3: Moving shadows- This allows the Dreadnought to create a patch of shadows that move of their own free will, and even ooze across the floor to other locations.
Level 4: Permanent Darkness- This creates an area where no light can normally touch. A good way to keep an entrance guarded is to use permanent darkness on it. Nobody can see their way through it, and therefore they can't locate traps or turns…
Level 5: Tentacles of darkness- This has an affect pretty much like Moving shadows, only the tentacles can interact with physical object. Like Light tentacles, the strength of these depends on the depth of the shadows/Darkness.

[ Evil ]

The Evil Rune is used exactly like the Good rune, in that it is used to make really good people neutral.  The evil rune is represented by a curved teardrop shape which is inside a larger symbol.  As with the good rune, these transformations may take a few days.

Level 1: People who are just barely better than the norm can be made neutral.
Level 2: People who are above average may be made neutral.
Level 3: People who are basically good all the time may be made neutral.
Level 4: People who are really good may be made neutral.
Level 5: People who are goodness incarnate may be made neutral.

Alternate Powers:

Level 1: Bad Deed- A great way to ruin someone's reputation. This power causes the person to do exactly the reverse of what they where going to do. A person reaching down to pet a dog will more than likely hit it. An individual who was going to pick up someone's wallet and hand it back to them will pocket it.
Level 2: Devil on your shoulder- This creates a little being who sits on someone's shoulder and tells them to do things, usually bad things… It also berates them for doing good things.
Level 3: Forget about it- After a person does a good thing, or a bad thing, this power can be used to make them forget that they've done it. Normally continuing the behavior.
Level 4: Tourette's syndrome- This floods someone with negative energy, normally causing them multiple little problems. Number one would be nervous tic's, like sniffling, snorting, biting one's nails, that sort of thing. Number two, and normally worse, is the explosive bad language that comes at random intervals.
Level 5: Foul mood- This puts someone in an almost permanent bad mood. Not a good idea if it's someone you work with.

[ Death ]

As Life begets life, life also begets death, to make room for more life.  The Death rune puts the process of natural selection to work in any environment.  Survival of the fittest may or may not work where this rune is involved.  the Death rune is represented by a black ring around the Good rune.
Just as the Life Rune brings extra life to an area, the Death Rune brings extra death to areas of high life.  Also like the Life Rune, the Death Rune only increases it's area of affect as it gains levels.

Level 1: Affects extend for about 20 feet in all directions.
Level 2: Affects extend for about 100 feet in all directions.
Level 3: Affects extend for about 1000 feet in all directions.
Level 4: Affects extend for about 10 miles in all directions.
Level 5: Affects extend for about 100 miles in all directions.

Alternate Powers:

Level 1: Leach- this gives the Dreadnought the ability to suck the vitality out of the ground, making it barren. This requires a substantial amount of time.
Level 2: Plants- This clears away the old plant life, and leaves room for the new.
Level 3: Insects- Quick pest control… Need we say more?
Level 4: Animals- Once again, kills off the species you want, leaves the others untouched. This power sterilizes every member of the species you target within an area.
Level 5: Ecosystem- This power kills off an entire ecosystem, clearing the way for a new one.

[ Chaos ]

Chaos keeps order from spreading too far by causing unseen problems and little anomalies in the orders pattern.  Dreadnought's with the Chaos rune cause problems to arise, and cause people to mess up what they're doing.  The Chaos Rune is represented by a black line that is intertwined with the Order Rune around the outsides of the other runes in the two series.
Chaos messes up Order, no matter how hard someone tries, it's impossible to impose order on a bearer of this rune.

Level 1: The Dreadnought can cause chaos to pull apart a slightly ordered puzzle or pattern, or can stop a minor source of order from spreading too far.
Level 2: The Dreadnought can cause chaos to pull apart an average order pattern, or can stop an average source of order from spreading too far.
Level 3: The Dreadnought can cause chaos to pull apart a normal order pattern, or can stop one from spreading itself around too far.
Level 4: The Dreadnought can cause chaos to pull apart a powerful order pattern, or can stop one from spreading itself around too far.
Level 5: The Dreadnought can cause chaos to pull apart an extremely strong order pattern, or can stop one from spreading itself around too far.

Alternate Powers:

Level 1: Overload- This causes an item to weaken, usually by forcing stress upon it. Items affected in this way only have a little while left before they break or stop working.
Level 2: Breakdown- Chaos at this level causes a small item to break down into it's component parts. Water becomes hydrogen and oxygen, etc…
Level 3: Fickleness- Items, and people with this power used on them will age faster, change quickly, and learn faster than the norm. However, they also forget faster, and have problems concentrating.
Level 4: Dynamism- Items and people change quite a bit easier once this power is used on them… This can be used to not only make evolution work faster, but it can also make people or animals live faster so the changes happen more quickly.
Level 5: Change- This power can be used to change a person's level and stats almost instantly. They can be boosted up a ways, or dropped all the way to the bottom. Sadly, this doesn't last long. Maybe a few minutes at best.
