...the Dark Armageddon...

The Demons of Light are the smallest class, number wise, in the entire multiverse. This is mainly because they are all Demons, and they're all outcasts. Most of them weren't very powerful as Demons, and they ran at the first chance they had. Others were relatively powerful in their own right, but had a massive grudge against a more powerful Demon. Hey, this is one of the best places to go if you're looking for power and protection. The pay's not bad either.
Demons tend to spend a lot of time working on their Physical and Mental stats. On that same token, they seem to have two opinions on physical beauty. They either hate physical beauty, and get as many piercings or ritualistic scars as possible, or they go to the other extreme and try to make themselves into the most beautiful things alive. Either way, they place more emphasis on manipulation than on the other two social stats.

[ Runes ]

Anti-Energy     Energy     Darkness     Light

The Demons of Light are the only class that gets two runes at first level. While all Dreadnought's get the energy rune at first level, Demons of Light get Anti-energy as well. Other classes can get it, but it requires spending massive amounts of time, and energy, to get it, and you still can't have it till you're already 5th level. I think this is fairly obvious why their runes balance. Anti-energy is the opposite of Energy, some Demons refer to it as the 'Void'. And Light is the opposite of Darkness. See the Order of Chaos class for more information.

[ Traits ]

Demons of Light are possibly the most loyal Dreadnoughts in existence. This is due to a number of factors, each one as compelling as the last. Demons of Light are not like the other Dreadnoughts, as they were once actual, lower planar demons. Normally, this would cause some suspicion between them and the other Dreadnoughts. Unlike the other Dreadnoughts, however, the Demons of Light realize some very tempting perks that no other Dreadnought gets. Normally, a demon's soul, or life essence is not their own. It's theirs for all intents and purposes, but those who have mastery over them can control them using there life essence as a bargaining chip. They can either get more of this essence, by feeding on the essences of others, or it can actually be taken away, little by little, or in large chunks, weakening them substantially. Demons who join the Dreadnoughts have their life essences protected from any other beings. This includes even very high level demons, and godlike creatures. A Demon of Light's soul is their own.
Unlike other Demons, the Demons of light are also immune to the influences of good deities and their priests. Holy water has no more affect on them than normal water, and holy weapons or symbols no longer affect them either. Demons of Light, like all Dreadnoughts, are to be considered neutral. Most of them even go so far as to become very lawful creatures, in the hopes that this will further cement their status with other Dreadnoughts.
No Demon of Light that has existed has ever betrayed the Dreadnoughts, or a friend.

Class Bonuses:

As it was already stated, the Demons of Light get Anti-energy as one of their class Runes. This gives them a whole new list of paths they can use, as well as a major bonus in the vision department. Anti-energy can't be seen on a normal energy scan. But the Demons can see both, giving them a huge bonus when it comes to watching others, or feeling them out on an energy scan. As a side note, the Demons get to keep any abilities, or powers, they may have had before they were made Dreadnoughts. The other major bonus that Demons get, is that once they get the energy transfer, their soul is there's. No other being can claim it unless the demon freely gives it away. Demons get access to the complete set of Order of Chaos Paths.
Demons continue to grow for their entire life. This usually equates to an inch or so a year, and then usually an inch or so a level once they're in that period where levels come really slowly. Demons typically have two forms. Their demonic form, which is the one that actually grows, and their humanoid form, which doesn't.

Class Restrictions:

Freedom and power come with a price. For many that price is too high. Demons require double the experience to go up each level that involves the Energy rune. This isn't bad in the beginning, but at later levels it can be a real pain. The Demons are extremely sensitive to burnout. If they get burnout in normal energy, they get it in the Anti-energy as well.
