[ Mental ]

The Mental Rune acts like one of the Physical runes.  It raises the mental capacity, and powers of the Dreadnought. It is represented by a neuron from a human brain.  Roughly a round cell body, with two lines extending away from it, the shorter line is ended by a few dozen half circles that glow.  The longer line is ended by a few dozen small spheres that branch off of the main line, they also glow.
The Mental Rune grants the Dreadnought a nearly photographic memory, the ability to remember any information at a moments notice, and the ability to transfer knowledge directly to another person's brain. Also, for each level gained in this rune, they get a +1 bonus to each mental stat when it is keyed, even if that takes them over 5.

Level 1: The Dreadnought gains a nearly photographic memory, and the ability to speed read at a rate that would make a normal speed reader sick to their stomach.
Level 2: The Dreadnought gains a fully photographic memory, and the ability to memorize huge volumes of information in a  relatively short period of time.
Level 3: The Dreadnought gains the ability to transfer small amounts of knowledge between their own mind and anothers.  This can only be done by eye contact at a short distance.
Level 4: The Dreadnought gains the ability to transfer larger amounts of information between his mind and anothers.  This can be done at a rather large distance, but they must be within sight.
Level 5: The Dreadnought may read other people's surface thoughts, or transfer entire generations of information between their mind and anothers at almost any distance.

[ Telekinesis ]

The Telekinesis Rune is used to move solid objects with the mind.  This is accomplished by surrounding the object in a small net of energy, then using the energy to move the object.  The Telekinesis Rune is represented by a small object wrapped in a net of energy.
This rune is pretty simple, at higher levels the only thing that really happens is that the amount of weight you can lift is increased.  At level 3 a bit of greater freedom is gained in what you can do with the weight you can move.  You can make the energy move something in two directions at once, causing it to rip things apart or crush them.

Level 1: The Dreadnought can move up to 200 pounds of matter.
Level 2: The Dreadnought can move up to 500 pounds of matter.
Level 3: The Dreadnought can move up to 1000 pounds of matter.
Level 4: The Dreadnought can move up to 2000 pounds of matter.
Level 5: The Dreadnought can move up to 4000 pounds of matter.

[ Teleportation ]

A continuation of the Telekinesis rune, the Teleportation rune is used basically the same way.  A Dreadnought wraps them self, or another person in energy, and changes their location in space.  The Teleportation rune is represented by a small image of a man in two places at once, with a thin line of energy between the two images. Unlike the Telekinesis rune, the Teleportation rune gives a few different options.

Level 1: The Dreadnought can teleport himself up to 100 yards away from his current position.
Level 2: The Dreadnought can teleport himself up to 500 yards away from his current position.
Level 3: The Dreadnought can teleport himself, or another person, up to a mile away from their current position.  Yes, this can be straight up.
Level 4: The Dreadnought can teleport himself, or another person, up to 500 miles away from their current position.  He can also teleport in short hops that add up to 2 miles.
Level 5: The Dreadnought can teleport himself, or another person, almost anywhere from their current position.  They can also teleport with quick flickering motions as many times per round as they have actions.  These Teleports can be chained with attacks, causing a very mixed up opponent who has lot's of trouble keeping up.

[ Planar Teleportation ]

The Planar Teleportation Rune is used exactly like the Teleportation Rune, except that it's function is to carry objects or people to other planes of existence.  It is represented by a series of circles that are stacked on top of each other.  This signifies the stacked layers of reality as they pertain to planes of existence.
As of right now, there are no accurate maps of the Planes, so it's basically a hit or miss type of thing when you teleport at higher levels. Fortunately, if you are taken somewhere by someone else, you can always teleport to that exact same place in the future.  The levels only represent how far you may travel between planes.

Level 1: 1 Plane away from the one you're on.
Level 2: 5 Planes away from the one you're on.
Level 3: 10 Planes away from the one you're on.
Level 4: 20 Planes away from the one you're on.
Level 5: 50 Planes away from the one you're on.
